Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Congébec relies on a powerful warehouse management system (WMS) which was developed in partnership with Ceritar. This software is the core of Congébec's computer resources and provides the following advantages for clients:

- Computer-assisted storing and handling of goods
- Personalized reporting in all formats (PDF, Excel, TXT, etc)
- Inventory turnover analysis
- Real-time product traceability
- Detailed invoicing
- Catch weight scanning

Internet
It is now possible for Congébec's clients to access their inventory in real time over the Internet in the "Client Access" section of the company's site at congebec.com. This inventory is customized according to the needs of the clients and can even be automatically forwarded by email every morning.

Clients will soon be able to order directly via Congébec's Internet site. They will also have access to the image of all of their original documents online through the same secure access such as bills of lading, proofs of delivery, invoices, CPC bills of lading, etc.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Congébec can establish EDI relationships with its clients using basic EDI logistics protocols which enables us to process a large volume of transactions (orders) with minimum ressources.

Congébec also provides its clients with dedicated printers for printing their invoices at our facilities.

Computerized Pallet Control
Congébec has developed a management system for returnable containers (CPC and CHEP pallets, separators and others). With this system, all returnable-container transactions are accurately recorded, and our accounts are reconciled with our clients' accounts at the end of each month. Combined with our new imagery system, accounts reconciliation will be even easier as the signed copies of the pallet bills of lading will be available online.

This system also sends CHEP transactions directly and automatically to CHEP Canada by EDI.
